Our goal is to utilize existing infrastructure to create spaces for new or expanding businesses. We will purchase the building, utilize our Finance gear, and renovate the space so that it is fully functional for a pre-identified business or ready for an unidentified occupant.
Alongside rehabilitating the physical structure, we will be working to seek new, exciting business ideas that we could bring to Atlantic.
