HOUSING
Our goal is to identify existing housing structures that need a little love, and pour that back into them. With volunteer sweat-equity and local contractors, we will renovate these homes to reflect the modern day and attract home buyers. This will benefit realtors with increased business and sales prices. We can then use this cash flow to source additional home renovations throughout the community.
Eventually, we would like to partner with a local bank or financial institution to do a “City Beautification” project, aiming to clean up the exterior of homes to create a more appealing community.
